LDPE Green Color Masterbatch
1. Environmental Protection and Energy Saving: Green plastic masterbatches typically utilize renewable resources or biobased materials such as starch, PLA (polylactic acid), PBS (polybutylene succinate), etc., as raw materials. These materials are biodegradable in nature, significantly reducing the pollution caused by traditional petroleum-based plastics and aligning with sustainable development principles.
2. Reduced Carbon Emissions: Compared to the production of traditional plastics, the production process of green plastic masterbatches emits lower levels of carbon. By reducing reliance on fossil fuels, they contribute to mitigating greenhouse gas emissions and addressing global climate change.
3. Enhanced Product Performance: Through scientific formulation design, green plastic masterbatches can maintain or even improve the basic properties of plastic products (such as strength, toughness, weather resistance, etc.) while imparting additional eco-friendly characteristics. For instance, the addition of antimicrobials and UV stabilizers can make products safer and more durable.
Product Description
Green masterbatches, as the name suggests, refer to plastic masterbatches with eco-friendly characteristics. They are primarily made from degradable or recyclable raw materials such as biobased materials and renewable resources. Depending on their color intensity and intended use, green masterbatches can be classified into various shades, including green, olive green, grass green, dark green, emerald green, yellowish green, light green, and more.

Application
Green masterbatches have a wide range of applications, primarily including:
1. Food Packaging: Green masterbatches are used to produce food packaging bags, utensils, etc., which are non-toxic, odorless, and moisture-proof, maintaining food freshness and hygiene while reducing environmental pollution.
2. Agriculture: Green masterbatches are employed in the production of agricultural plastics like mulching films and pesticide bottles. Mulching films protect crops from pests and diseases, enhancing crop yields and quality, while pesticide bottles prevent leakage, minimizing soil and water contamination.
3. Household Products: Green masterbatches are utilized in the manufacture of eco-friendly household items like shoes, laundry baskets, trash cans, etc., effectively reducing pollutant emissions and improving indoor air quality.
4. Transportation Equipment Manufacturing: Green masterbatches contribute to the production of lightweight transportation components, such as bicycle parts and automotive interior trims, reducing energy consumption and emissions.
5. Other Sectors: Additionally, green masterbatches find applications in injection-molded products, toys and stationery, pharmaceutical packaging, plastic pipes, lawn filaments, blown film products, and numerous other fields.
