Orange Color Masterbatch
1. Strong Coloring Power: Due to its high pigment concentration, orange plastic masterbatch offers superior coloring strength compared to using pigment directly.
2. Good Stability: Resists high temperatures, light exposure, and other adverse conditions, maintaining color consistency over time.
3. Easy Processing: Compatible with plastic substrates, facilitating uniform mixing during plastic product manufacturing.
4. Eco-Friendliness: As environmental awareness increases, more orange plastic masterbatches are manufactured using eco-friendly materials and processes, complying with relevant environmental standards.
Product Description
Orange plastic masterbatch is a type of polymeric resin material used for coloring plastic products. It consists of three basic elements: orange pigment or dye, a carrier, and additives. This masterbatch is produced by uniformly dispersing an excess amount of orange pigment or dye within the resin, resulting in higher coloring strength than the pigment itself.
Color: Distinctive orange hue, providing a vibrant color effect for plastic products.
Composition: Composed of pigment, carrier, and additives. The pigment is responsible for coloring, the carrier serves as a medium to uniformly distribute the pigment within the plastic, and additives may include toughening agents, flame retardants, antistatic agents, etc., to enhance the properties of the masterbatch and final plastic product.

Application
1. Office Supplies: Such as folders, document bags, pencil cases, pen holders, etc. Orange plastic masterbatch can create colorful and energetic office supplies.
2. Plastic Packaging: Used in plastic bottles, bags, and other packaging materials to enhance product appeal and meet specific color requirements.
3. Engineering Plastics: Including materials like polyamide (nylon), polycarbonate (PC), and polyester (PET), which are used in applications requiring high temperature resistance, weatherability, and UV stability. Orange plastic masterbatch provides stable coloring for these materials.
4. Outdoor Plastic Components: Like plastic doors and windows, pipes, trash cans/bins, and storage containers, which must endure harsh environmental conditions. Orange plastic masterbatch's weather resistance makes it an ideal coloring agent.
